Monthly Professional Forums

Monthly Professional Forums built for professionals who lead with excellence — and seek depth and connection beneath and beyond the performance.

You Have Mastered Leadership. You Perform Well Under Pressure. Yet Relational Depth and Emotional Clarity Are Still Under Construction.

Achievement has a quiet cost. The higher you climb, the thinner the air — and the harder it becomes to find a room where you can simply be. Not perform. Not lead. Not explain yourself. Just be fully present among people who understand the weight of an accomplished life.

That is what these spaces were built for.

The Joining Space

Where high-achieving women come to exhale.

The Joining Space is a therapist-led monthly collective for accomplished women — CEOs, physicians, attorneys, and professionals who give everything to their work and their people, and are ready for a space that gives something back. Through guided conversation, we explore identity, success, vulnerability, and belonging alongside women who understand the weight of excellence.

This is not therapy. It is restoration.

The Gathering Spot

Where high-achieving men come to lead more fully.

The Gathering Spot is a therapist-led monthly collective for accomplished men — executives, physicians, attorneys, and professionals ready to deepen relational intelligence in every area of life. Through guided conversation, we explore intimacy vs. intensity, silent trauma, and what it means to redefine manhood beyond performance. Brotherhood and connection built on accountability, vulnerability, and shared excellence.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

This Is Not a Support Group

The monthly professional forums are intentionally structured and curated.

NOT:

• A drop-in support group

• An open-ended processing space

• A therapy substitute

• A social hour or networking event

INSTEAD:

A facilitated relational forum that combines the rigor of therapeutic structure with the warmth of genuine human connection. Each session is guided, purposeful, and grounded in the themes and emotional realities of high-achieving lives. Victoria brings the same clinical depth and intentional presence to every professional forum meeting that she brings to her individual and couples work.

Format & Structure

• Meets once per month

• Virtual — accessible from anywhere

• 2-hour sessions

• Fixed cohort — limited to a small, curated group for depth and continuity

• Application required — enrollment is intentional, not open

Each session includes:

• Guided therapist-led dialogue

• Structured reflection and inquiry

• Relational themes relevant to high-achieving lives

• A confidential, psychologically grounded environment

Your Facilitator

The Joining Space is facilitated by Victoria Griffin, M.Ed., LPC, CPCS — a licensed therapist, relational intelligence expert, and clinical supervisor who has spent over 15 years building communities and facilitating transformative group experiences. Victoria has designed and led groups for high-achieving individuals throughout her career, and she brings the same clinical depth and intentional presence to every Joining Space session.

She understands firsthand what it means to be a high-achiever navigating the relational demands of an ambitious life. She does not just facilitate the conversation — she lives the question alongside you.
